Description
JH Urethane Mold Rubber: Revolutionizing GFRC Mold Making & Concrete Casting
Discover the industry’s most durable solution for high-volume mold production. Our polyurethane mold rubber delivers unmatched abrasion resistance and mold life (8-35+ casts), engineered specifically for GFRC mold making, concrete casting, and architectural elements. Manufactured in ISO-certified plants, we guarantee industrial-grade consistency for distributors and factories.
Why Choose Our Urethane Mold Rubber?
① Cost Efficiency: 1/3 the cost of silicone molds with 3x longer lifespan.
② Precision: Captures sub-millimeter details for flawless decorative concrete, GFRC panels, and cast stone.
③ Speed: 30-minute pour time, full cure in 4-6 hours.
④ Bulk Supply: Direct-from-plant pricing for distributors and mold makers.
5.) Reusable ~ Molds can be used over and over again.
6.) Does not shrink ~ Has good abrasion resistance.
7.) It comes in a wide range of hardnesses, giving long mold life.
8.) It can be poured, brushed, or sprayed onto the original model.
Unmatched Durability for GFRC Production Casting
GFRC’s glass fiber reinforcement demands extreme abrasion resistance. Our urethane rubber (Shore Hardness 70A-85A) withstands aggressive casting concrete mixes without tearing. JH mold rubbers offer 25-35+ uses vs. silicone’s 8-12, reducing mold replacement costs by 60%.
Technical Edge:
High abrasion resistance from patented Poly 74-20 formulation.
Glass fiber compatibility without surface degradation.
Ideal for gfrc panels, concrete countertops, and precast concrete.
*”Switched to Polytek for our GFRC plant – molds last 30+ casts with zero detail loss.”*

Optimized for Complex Concrete Casting Workflows
Eliminate mold making challenges with our liquid rubber’s self-releasing properties. Polyurethane liquid mold rubber flows seamlessly into intricate patterns (e.g., stamped stone, veneer textures) and cures bubble-free.
Process Advantages:
Pour time: 20-30 minutes (vs. 60+ for competitors).
Release agent: Built-in Pol-Ease 2300 compatibility prevents concrete sticking.
Mold types: Perfect for block and poured blanket molds, concrete sink molds, and flexible formliners.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. If you can’t use one drum up at a time, please inject N2. The storage time of the original packing is 6 months.
Warm Tips:
To ensure dimensional accuracy and maximum life period, moulds made of JH polyurethane Mold rubber are preferably stored in their supporting mould under air admittance. Prolonged compression may lead to irreversible deformation. The moulds must be protected against UV irradiation and direct insolation.
